When you submit an interest or partnership form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, country, organization or role, selected pathway, and message. We also count page visits and referring websites in aggregate so we can understand which parts of the site are useful. This basic measurement does not create advertising profiles or store visitors’ IP addresses.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, understand interest in REACH programs, develop partnerships, communicate relevant opportunities, and plan the institution responsibly. We do not sell submitted personal information.

Who may access it

Access should be limited to authorized REACH personnel and service providers who need the information to operate the website or respond to your request.

Retention and choices

REACH retains information only as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, or legitimate organizational records. You may ask to review, correct, or remove your submitted information by contacting reachforumgh@gmail.com.

Young people

The website interest form is not a program application for minors. Guardian consent, safeguarding procedures, and age-appropriate application requirements will be provided before any high-school program enrollment begins.
