A founder shaped by access

Born in Ghana and later educated in the United States, Obie saw how poor leadership, failed policies, underfunded businesses, and weak institutions can limit entire communities.
He graduated from The University of Texas Permian Basin with degrees in Business Marketing and Political Science and later earned an MBA. As an Archer Fellow in Washington, D.C., he served in the office of Congressman Andy Biggs, contributed to policy work, and entered rooms that transformed his understanding of public leadership and possibility.
He later co-founded Ropheka Pharmacy with his wife in Texas, gaining firsthand experience building and operating an institution that serves a community. REACH Forum was born between two realities: the damage unprepared leadership can cause, and the possibility that preparation, exposure, access, mentorship, and responsibility can awaken.
