Why REACH exists
Too many capable people remain outside the rooms where decisions are made. Others enter those rooms without the preparation, exposure, support, or practical tools required to lead well.
REACH exists to close that gap—connecting potential to preparation and ambition to responsible influence.
The REACH model
Inspiration may awaken a leader. Formation prepares one. REACH combines rigorous learning with real-world access and relationships that expand what leaders believe—and what they can build.
Build strategic, ethical, economic, and institutional leadership capacity.
Learn directly from governments, enterprises, innovators, and functioning systems.
Develop relationships with mentors, peers, partners, and decision-makers.
Turn preparation into responsible leadership, stronger institutions, and measurable change.
The platform we are building
REACH is building a connected ecosystem for people preparing to lead in government, business, public institutions, and social impact.

Institutional vision
The experience behind the vision
“I already had the drive. Access changed the size of what I believed was possible.”
During the Archer Fellowship in Washington, D.C., Obie entered the halls of Congress, contributed to policy work, and encountered institutions and leaders that expanded his understanding of public service.
REACH Forum was born from a conviction: transformational access should not be reserved for the already connected. The next generation of nation-builders and business leaders must be prepared—and given a path into the rooms where futures are decided.
