20 high-school, 20 tertiary, and 20 emerging leaders.
First launch pathway · Ghana
Build the leader before the title arrives.
The REACH Leadership Lab is a founding Ghana pilot designed to prepare high-school, tertiary, and emerging leaders for responsible influence in government, business, institutions, and communities.
The pilot promise
Not another motivational seminar.
The Lab is being built around one conviction: potential without preparation, exposure, access, and accountability rarely becomes durable public value.
Participants will learn how leadership, institutions, enterprises, money, ethics, networks, and execution actually work. Every session produces practical work—not only inspiration—and every participant leaves with a capstone and a 90-day deployment plan.
Ghana is the first proving ground for a model designed for global application.
Three-hour sessions, mentor circles, studios, and applied assignments.
Public Leadership & Governance; Business & Enterprise.
