Origin Story
The vision for REACH Forum was conceived during Obie Bafour’s Archer Fellowship experience,where exposure to Washington, D.C., public policy, leadership spaces, professional networks, and career-shaping opportunities revealed the power of access.
That experience planted a conviction: many gifted young people do not lack potential – they lack exposure, guidance, opportunity, and access to the rooms where their vision can grow.
REACH Forum was created to help bridge that gap by connecting students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging changemakers to mentorship, leadership development, career exposure, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and community-impact opportunities.
